REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, & STORE CREDIT
OTHmerch offers refunds, exchanges, and store credit under the conditions outlined below:

A. Refunds
Refunds may be issued within thirty (30) days of the original sale for items that are not discounted or discontinued, provided the item is returned in original condition. Original condition means the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and includes original tags or packaging, when applicable. Refunds are not available for discounted or discontinued items.

B. Store Credit
Items returned between thirty-one (31) and sixty (60) days from the original sale date are eligible for store credit only, at management’s discretion. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card and is subject to the Company’s Gift Card policy.
 
C. Exchanges
Exchanges may be made within thirty (30) days of the original sale for eligible items, provided the item is returned in original condition. Exchanges are not available for discounted or discontinued items unless expressly approved by management.
 
D. Proof of Purchase, Identification, and Shipping
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds, exchanges, and store credit requests. If a customer does not have a receipt but the purchase can be verified in the Company’s system, the customer may be eligible for store credit only and must present a valid government-issued photo ID. Customer identification information may be recorded for loss prevention purposes, to the extent permitted by law. For any refund or exchange requested by an out-of-state customer, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
 

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may be issued or sold in accordance with Company procedures and may be used for eligible retail purchases, either in person or online.

Gift cards:
• Have no expiration date
• Have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash
• May not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged
• May not be resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorized purposes

Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Any applicable sales tax is assessed at the time the gift card is redeemed, based on the items purchased, in accordance with applicable law.
